Patient rights
It is the whole of the practices made in order to protect the rights of the person who requests medical assistance and applies to a health institution for this purpose, whose rights are guaranteed by international and national legislation, during the entire service period given to him in that health institution.

Right to Benefit from Services
Every individual who applies to our hospital has the right to benefit from all services regardless of language, religion, race or sect. He has the right to benefit from the preventive and curative health services necessary for him to continue his life in a healthy manner.
Right to Information and Request Information
Our patients have the right to receive information about their health status, current health services and how they can benefit from them, and to see and obtain documents about themselves and their diseases.
Right to Consent and Consent
Our patients have the right to accept, refuse or request the discontinuation of the recommended treatment after they are adequately informed.

Our patients have the right to protect the safety of life and property, and to be protected from risks and medical errors in health services.*
Right to Consultation and Second Opinion
Our patients have the right to obtain information about their health status or to seek consultation with a specialist from a different branch from another physician working in the same branch, apart from the physician who is dealing with their treatment.
Right to Report Complaints / Opinions and Suggestions
Our patients have the right to initiate, review, finalize and be informed of the outcome of the complaint mechanism in our hospital in case their rights are neglected.
* For security reasons, camera shots are taken in the public and general areas of our hospitals. However, this measure is not applied in areas that require privacy such as patient rooms and doctor's rooms.
Patient Responsibilities
Patient responsibilities are the duties and obligations that the patient must fulfill before and after applying to a health board.
1. General Responsibilities
Our patients are responsible for doing their best to take care of their own health and to follow the advice given for a healthy life.
The person can donate blood or donate organs, if appropriate.
In simple cases, people are responsible for taking care of themselves.
2. Social Security Status
Our patients are responsible for notifying changes in their health, social security and personal information in a timely manner.
3. Informing Healthcare Professionals
Our patients are responsible for reporting their complaints, previous illnesses, whether they have received any inpatient treatment, their current medications, if any, and all information about their health.
4. Compliance with Hospital Rules
Our patients are responsible for complying with the rules and practices of the health institution to which they apply.
Our patients are responsible for complying with the referral chain determined by the Ministry of Health and relevant social security institutions.
It is responsible for cooperating with healthcare professionals during the treatment, care and rehabilitation process of our patients.
Our patients are responsible for paying the costs of examination and treatment.

5. Compliance with Recommendations Regarding Treatment
Our patients are responsible for listening carefully to advice on treatment and medication and asking questions about things they do not understand.
In case of inability to comply with the recommendations regarding the treatment of our patients, it is responsible for notifying the health worker.
Our patients are responsible for stating whether they understand the health care and post-discharge care plan correctly as expected.
